Sample Itinerary at Priory Events

The layout of the Itineraries below for a corporate hospitality day or team 4x4 Off Road Driving
building event is just a guide and can be changed to fit your arrangement
and timings,

we are completely flexible and cater for all your needs, we will be happy to
book transport, hotel accommodation and any other support you may need
when you visit us.

CORPORATE HOSPITALITY or TEAM BUILDING DAY

Your group will receive a warm and friendly welcome in one of our Hospitality The Barn Meeting Room at Priory Events, Surrey
Barns, which is your base for the day.

The day can be a full day or half day starting in the morning or afternoon.
In a full day, there is enough time for up to four different activities.

Everyone will take part in each activity and there will be friendly competition
between the teams.
Your group will form teams. Each team will visit all the activities where there
will be plenty of fun and friendly competition.

You can choose in advance activities from the following:

A sample timetable is as follows:

09.30 – 10.00              Arrival and registration.Tea, coffee, fruit juices,Egg/Bacon
Rolls. Event briefing – form teams
10.00 – 10.10              Ice breakers – a light-hearted exercise to give a laugh

10.00 – 11.30              First Activity
11.30 – 11.45              Return to Barn for refreshments
11.45 – 12.45              Second Activity
12.45 – 13.45              Hot two-course lunch from our Barnhouse or Barbeque Menu
13.45 – 14.45              Third Activity
14.45 – 15.00              Return to Barn for refreshments
15.00 - 16.30               Fourth Activity
16.30 Prize-giving, with tea, coffee, and fresh cream cake

Professional instructors who are specialists in their fields will run all activities.

The cost per head is affected by the number of activities offered and the numbers of
people in each group and whether you wish to include for catering, prizes, etc.
