Team building used as an Outdoor Activity can have a greater effect and result on the whole team, or how about doing something very different like our driving experience days with 4x4 Off Road Driving or our Quad Bike Rambles? If motorised activities arn't your thing then try our other outdoor activities such as Archery, Clay Pigeon Shooting, Geese Herding or even Human Table Football! The outdoors provides an extremely powerful medium for training individuals in new skills or helping them to improve old ones. This is largely because outdoor learning is experiential in nature.

People learn best through participation. Taking part in outdoor learning is good for the body and soul. By participating in a variety of new challenges, individuals develop a range of new skills through their experiences. This in turn creates a sense of self worth.

Working with others to overcome outdoor challenges shows how a team can be more effective than the individual in problem solving. Our challenges will demonstrate the need for identifying resources, skills, strategy planning and time management – qualities which are very much required in the workplace.
