Pre-event Details

We hope the following details will be helpful for your event here at Priory Events.

Emergency Contact

If you are attending a mid-week corporate event, we shall be asking you to turn mobile phones off whilst you are with us, collecting messages at refreshment breaks. Colleagues/family can contact you via 01737 822484 or 01737 822002 to pass on an urgent message.

Travel

•

Car: There is plenty of parking here if you are arriving by car. For direction please click here.

•

Train: If you are travelling by train, the nearest station is Redhill. If you have arranged for us to collect you, when you get off the train, walk back along Platform 3 and exit at track level - do not use the stairs and subway through to the main ticket office exit. We will meet you at the "top" car park.

Clothing

•

Please wear flat-heeled outdoor footwear or boots and come sensibly dressed for a day of activity, bearing in mind the weather on the day. It is always advisable to have a wind and waterproof outer layer and an extra fleece or pullover, if only to guarantee that the sun shines!

If it is hot and sunny, then sunhats, sunglasses and sunscreens would probably be a good idea.

•

If you are taking part in our team challenges, please bring a change of clothes just in case you get in the way of some water!

•

If you are going on elsewhere after, you may like to bring a change of clothing.

Health & Safety

To comply with our health and safety obligations to you, it is essential that you come to the Hospitality Barn to book in and again to book out before you leave - please remember to do this. Should you have a health condition, please make our staff aware of it on the day.

For the safety of all, any person affected by alcohol or non-prescription drugs will not be allowed to participate in driving/shooting activities.
