TEAM BUILDING LONDON DAYYour group will receive a warm and friendly welcome with tea, coffee and hot bacon rolls in one of our Hospitality Barns, which are a comfortable base for your day. We start with a short event briefing to discuss the day’s programme and safety. This is a good opportunity for us to reassure all those taking part that the day is about building good communication within the team and finding the most effective way of achieving a task rather than proving physical strength and stamina. We introduce a couple of ice breakers that are carefully selected to link with the purpose of your day and help break down any barriers or inhibitions of those attending. We move quickly into the challenges and activities. These can be purely for fun and laughter, or you can make full use of the skills of our team facilitators in raising awareness of the critical issues in happy and successful teamwork. The team building event cost is based on the activities and the number of people in your group.
